What you will need to do
Search your options
Visit enquire online for course program information or contact your nearest International representative
Apply to APIC through Apply Online or your International representative
Ensure that all supporting evidence and documents are sent to APIC at the time you submit your application.
Accept your offer
Accept your offer by completing the Agreement and Contract form sent with your offer letter. You will also need to make your first tuition payment
Apply for your student visa
You will need to attach your Confirmation of Enrollment (COE).A Visa is required to enter Australia. Ensure you are aware of and meet all the requirements for student visa requested by the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA). Enrol to APIC
After you have received the COE you must enrol in-person during orientation day. For more information browse www.apic.sa.edu.au. Students arriving for orientation day (on the date stated on their COE) should arrive at the college with all the documents for verification of their enrolment.
What APIC will do
Acknowledgement of application
APIC's international representative/ agent will notify you to acknowledge that your application has been received. This notice contains your unique Student ID which will be used in all
further correspondence with you.
APIC will assess your application
If your application is successful APIC will send you a letter of offer for a place in your chosen program. An offer may be conditional, requiring you to complete any current study or meet English language requirements
Letter of Offer
Depending on the program you are applying for, the time taken for application assessment will vary. APIC will look at your qualifications and documents submitted and will process most application within a week. Your application may be delayed, if any of the required certified or English translated documents are missing.
Confirmation of enrolment (COE)
When APIC receives your payment, all relevant documentations and confirms that you meet the conditions of your offer letter (if any), we will send you the Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) form (this document is necessary when you apply for a student visa).
